The mission of 84 Runners is to promote health and fitness through running and walking in the communities around Highway 84. This mission will be accomplished through training runs/walks, events, and races.

84 Runners/Shipley 5k Donut Dash and 1 Mile Fun Run
Saturday, October 26

84 Runners/Shipley 5K Donut Dash – Entry fee for 5K: $25 early registration, $35 day of the race. Entry fee for Fun Run: $15. You are guaranteed a t-shirt if you register by October 16.

The race will begin and end in front of the MAC. Both races start at 8:30 am and this will be a chip timed event. There will be awards to the overall M/F and top 3 M/F per age group. Age groups: 14&U, 15-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49 etc. to 70+. No duplicate awards.

Strollers are welcome. If you know of any other runners, invite them to come with you. There will be door prizes and a donut eating contest to follow! Race proceeds will benefit CASA of McLennan County.* Contact René Maciel at for more details.
